The Good Hotel

The Good Hotel Group currently comprise of a hotel in London and one in Guatemala, and plan to open in three more countries by 2020. They are a social enterprise that aims to help local people out of long-term unemployment and get them into work in the hospitality industry. They came to us at Dalestreet Digital needing help structuring and organising their social media over the two countries.

OBJECTIVES

  • To increase their social presence

  • Build a consistent brand message throughout the world

  • Create a buzz around the brand to generate more business

THE STRATEGY

  • We started working on three separate Facebook pages, as well as a Twitter account, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google +

  • We came up with key words that aligned with their brand and would be mentioned across their social platforms

  • We ensured that the correct language was used for the correct country

THE CHALLENGE

With numerous social channels, we needed to ensure that their brand was not only recognised in English, but also in Spanish.

THE RETURN

As a result of our work, the Good Hotels have increased their social media presence and formed a unified brand across the world because of this. They have since had more press coverage and seen a greater buzz around their brand.
